All sims come with full estate rights, you are the owner of the estate. Sim names can only be changed on the server side, please include your desired sim name on the cart page under "Notes and special requests" so we can properly configure it. After the initial configuration, all sim name changes will need to be requested using the ticketing system within our Discord server. Sim owners are also able to:
- change access to sims
- apply a covenant
- set permissions
- set the rating
- send message to region
- teleport visitors home
- change terrain textures
- change water heights (not recommended for sims connected to the ocean)
- use terraform tools
- change environment settings
- toggle scripts, collisions, and physics
- bulk-return objects
- get access to debug tools like restarting region and generating maps
- add and manage experiences
Additionally, sim owners have the ability to configure parcel settings, including parcel-based securities and media settings (useful for changing sim music!).
